A freak wind upturned a boat in beauty spot Ha Long Bay on, September 24. Of twenty four passengers on board – one remains missing.

Rescue forces on the scene were able to save 20 people who were brought back to the mainland.

Three of the four remaining were then located by noon on September 25^th including two foreigners and a Vietnamese woman who was part of the boat’s crew. The remaining missing person is a male tour guide.

This is a ship owned by a private transport company named Bien Mo.
