Binh Duong has already assigned a group of teachers to attend training programs in Japan and South Korea for the project, Phuong said.

Binh Duong University has also signed a memorandum of understanding with Korea’s Woosong University for student exchange programs and training teachers of the Korean language.

Once the project is launched, the province would have initiated the learning of four languages at the secondary school level – the other two languages being English and Chinese.
