Best Western Da Lat Plaza, where a cleaner fell to her death on Monday morning

A 40-year-old cleaning woman died on Monday morning when she fell from a building under construction in Da Lat in the central highlands province of Lam Dong.

Several eyewitnesses say she slipped from a scaffold, Vnexpress reports.

Police arrived at the scene to investigate the accident and move on the many gawking motorists and pedestrians who were crowding the road and sidewalk.

Best Western Da Lat Plaza is being built by Song Da 9.06 Joint Stock Co., a member of the Hanoi-based Song Da Corporation, for Da Lat Tourism Service Joint Stock Co. of Lam Dong.
