According to Nguyen Quang Huy, vice director of the hospital, one 27-year old patient from Da Nang suffered from severe injuries to her spleen, lung and stomach, and two others needed surgery. The hospital gave 50 blood units to save the victims. The remaining five people injured in the accident received treatment at the Ky Anh district hospital. Ha Tinh authorities instructed doctors to take special care of the victims and to designate a taskforce and medicine for their treatment. VietNamNet/Viet Nam News
