The world’s leading innovation guru will talk on the need for innovation in achieving breakthroughs and sustainable growth in Ho Chi Minh City next month.

“Innovation has become top priority for organizations and individuals that want to remain competitive and achieve sustainable success and growth, yet most are unable to crack the innovation code that unlocks the results desired,” said the international bestselling author.

His international bestseller Managing the Future: 10 Driving Forces of Change for the New Century, published in 1998, has been translated to 13 languages.

The workshop will include group and individual exercises on how to: seize new markets; find hidden potentials in existing ones; master new problem-solving techniques; prioritize resources and ideas that have the greatest potential; and build customers’ commitment.

Tucker negates the traditional concept that innovation is the job of the R&D department and only about marketing and developing new products.

“To thrive under relentless, disruptive change, economic upheaval and ever increasing competition, firms must create a culture of innovation,” he says.

The president of the California-based Innovation Resource Consulting (IRC) Group has been a consultant and keynote speaker since 1986, the year his interviews of more than 50 leading innovators were published in the book Winning the Innovation Game.
