When the fall comes, farmers in Nghe An and Ha Tinh enter stork-hunting season to serve restaurants.

Farmers use several tricks to trap storks. They place hundreds of dummy storks and thousands of bamboo sticks with glue in the field and turn on tape players with stork voices to snare storks.

A hunter can catch several dozens up to a hundred storks a day. They sell these birds to restaurants at the price of 15,000-20,000/bird.

It is worried that in the near future, storks will exist only in folk songs.
