Kieu Khanh, the second runner-up of Miss Vietnam World 2010, went to China on October 1 to take part in the Miss World 2010 pageant.

Kieu Khanh is the third Vietnamese representative at this pageant. Through eight competitions, four Vietnamese contestants entered the semi-finals, including Pham Mai Phuong (2002), Nguyen Thi Huyen (2004), Mai Phuong Thuy (2006) and Tran Thi Huong Giang (2009). Vietnam ranks the 37^th among nations attending Miss World by Global Beauties.
