Two workers were killed and two others injured after a crane broke down at a construction site of Hyundai-Vinashin Shipyard Company in Khanh Hoa Province on Tuesday.

The accident happened when the overloaded crane broke and fell onto the heads of workers on the ground.

Le Bao Toan, 33, died instantly and Hoang Quang Thao, 39, died on the way to hospital.

Two seriously injured workers are being treated at Ninh Hoa Hospital.

The four workers were working for Dongsun, a South Korean contractor of the Hyundai-Vinashin shipbuilding company.
