Doctors said ligament injuries are serious so Thanh can’t return to football for at least 2-3 weeks. It will be a great difficulty for the team because Nhu Thanh has been one of the most outstanding players in recent matches of the national squad.

Calisto now has only three choices for the halfback position: Phuoc Tu, Thanh Giang and Chi Cong. Among these men, only Phuoc Tu is experienced. Thanh Giang and Chi Cong are brand new faces on the national squad.
