VietNamNet Bridge - SEA Games 24 gold medalist Nguyen Tien Cuong from Hanoi broke two records right on the first day of the National Archery Tournament 2008 in Hanoi Monday.

Cuong set two records with 323 points and 343 points in the men’s 90m and 70m three - stringed events respectively.

Hanoi team also snatched three goals by Tieu Anh (women’s 60m and 70m three - stringed events) and Tra My (women’s 70m one - stringed event). Dao Trong Kien from Hai Phong secured two golds in the men’s 90m and 70m one - stringed events.

The remaining gold of the day went to Nguyen Thi Huong from Bac Can in the women’s 60m one - stringed event.
