Vietnamâs top tennis youth wins Asian U14 Boys Championship

Vietnamâs best youth tennis player Nguyen Hoang Thien on Monday won the Asian U14 Boys International Tennis Federation (ITF) Group 1 second round Championship in Indonesia. | |||||||
Thien defeated Thai player Kritin Koaykul 6/2, 6/1. Thien also shared the Asian U14 boys doubles championship title with Syrian player Naow. Last week, Thien lost 6/3, 3/6, 4/6 to Naow in the Group 1 first round, also in Indonesia. Thien is now planning to compete in the US. Reported by Nhat Quynh | |||||||
