Coach Le Thuy Hai.
The Cong’s coach Le Thuy Hai resigned on Monday after two heavy losses in the V-League premiership.

Hai, who replaced Vuong Tien Dung 10 weeks ago, did not outline his reasons but a team source said the main reason was the team’s 4-2 losses to Thanh Hoa and Dong Thap.

The Ha Noi-born coach was considered one of the country’s best when associated with Thanh Hoa, Binh Duong, Ha Noi ACB, Da Nang and The Cong over a decade.

His best achievement was when he helped Binh Duong win the championship in 2007-08.

The Cong, eighth of 14 on the table, have not won the championship since 1998.

HCM City was the leading team with six gold, four silver and five bronze medals.

Futsal squad in easy qualifier for Asian champs
