Do Minh Quan of Ho Chi Minh City

Do Minh Quan of Ho Chi Minh City and Nguyen Thi Dung of Hanoi took the men’s and women’s singles titles at the National Tennis Championships 2009 on Saturday.

At the Sao Mai Tennis Club in Hanoi, Quan beat Huynh Chi Khuong of the army team 7-5, 6-3 while Dung cruised past Huynh Mai Huynh of Ho Chi Minh City 6-3, 6-4.

In other categories, Quan paired with Bui Thai Luan to win the men’s doubles title, while Huynh and Tran Thi Tam Hao grabbed the women’s doubles.

The mixed doubles title went to Le Quoc Khanh and Nguyen Tu Kim Ngan.
