The Binh Duong Television Football Cup 2009 will take place between November 20-29 in Go Dau stadium, Binh Duong province between November 20 and 29.

To mark the 10^th anniversary of the tournament, organisers have invited highly regarded teams from China (Lifan Chongqinh), Slovakia (MFK Petrzalka), Uganda (Kampala), and Brazil (Duque de Caxias).

The tournament, thus, will host teams from four continents – Asia, Africa, Latin America and Europe. They will compete against four local teams – SHB Da Nang, Hai Phong Cement, Dong Tam Long An and Becamex Binh Duong.

There will be two groups, Group A with MFK Petrzalka, Lifan, Hai Phong Cement and host Becamex Binh Duong and Group B with Duque de Caxias, Kampala, Dong Tam Long An and V-League champions SHB Da Nang.

Last year, Binh Duong and Da Nang played in the final match.

MFK Petrzalka or Artmedia, is a famous football club in Slovakia. It currently ranks sixth in the Slovakian League. Kampala from Uganda’s capital – Kampala. They are the current national champions. Duque de Caxias come from Rio de Janeiro.
