The Brazilian striker, who has been was granted Vietnamese nationality, went to the award ceremony with his wife Huynh Thi Le Loc and his one-year son Kelvin Huynh Alves.

With 17 goals, including 9 in the V-League, 1 at the National Super Cup and 7 at the AFC Cup, and 57 points, Huynh Kesley is first winner of Vietnam’s Golden Boot Award.

Kesley’s father was also present at the ceremony.

The winner of the Vietnam Silver Boot Award 2009 Dinh Tung besides the family of the Golden Boot Award winner.

Thanh Hoa club’s young striker Dinh Tung passed Cong Vinh and Vu Phong to win the Silver Boot Award with 16 goals and 51 points.

Nguyen Vu Phong, also from Binh Duong, club, took the Bronze Boot with 15 goals and 48 points. Phong didn’t attend the award ceremony because he was at a wedding ceremony of his teammate Quang Thanh.

Dinh Tung and Kesley signed footballs as gifts for fans.
