Cyclist Tuan Anh won the green jersey for scoring the most points of 117 after nine stages. While Mai Nguyen Hung of Sai Gon Plant Protection 1 took home the red jersey as the king of the mountains.

With great effort in the final stage, Domesco Dong Thap won the team title with a combined time of 78:53.37, followed by Sai Gon Plant Protection 1 and ADC-Vinh Long Television.

The annual event, which offered total prize money of VND220 million (US$11,000), was recognised by the Viet Nam Cycling Federation as a national tour and attracted 75 cyclists from 12 local and three foreign teams – Mongolia, the Netherlands and the Philippines.

Last year, Hall Brad of the Netherlands’ Ysselstreek team won the yellow jersey for the best overall time.
