In the women’s event, Nguyen Thi Lua, Tran Thi Dieu Ninh, Pham Thi Hue, Luong Thi Quyen, will represent Vietnam to compete in the 45kg, 51kg, 55kg and 63kg categories, respectively.

At the same time, Nguyen Huy Ha, Bui Tuan Anh, Can Tat Du, Pham Ngoc Tam will test their skills in the 55kg, 66kg, 74kg and 60kg categories for men.

Besides Vietnam, three other Southeast Asian countries, including Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines, will attend the tournament.

The event is expected to draw the participation of over 25 countries and territories.
