hundreds of people queued  in front of the My Dinh National Stadium in Hanoi
from 2 am onwards, on December 16, to buy tickets for the second semi-final game
between Vietnam and Malaysia.

between Vietnam and Malaysia.

At 4 am, hundreds of people surrounded the ticket stall.
Ticket stalls opened at 8.30 am.

A student from the Hanoi Foreign Trade University said she
queued from 4 am and bought two tickets.

She said many people were here from the early morning. Six
people at a time were permitted to get into to buy tickets.

This man said he rented a room in a nearby inn from 9 pm,
December 15. He went to the stadium to queue from 4 am.

He said he was waiting for a long time but couldn’t buy
tickets. “I’m willing to buy tickets at a price double the face value but nobody
wants to sellâ€.

Hundreds of people also queued in front of the Vietnam
Football Federation to receive tickets that they registered for groups several
days before.
