The information comes from Mr. Bui Nhu Duc, who is also a member of the VPF referee board. 

According to Duc, a referee cannot do the task in many tournaments in the same time but during a month, Ha worked as a supervisor in many tournaments and was paid by the event organizers.
 
Mr. Duong Vu Lam - head of the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) referee board, says that the board has received the information and asked Ha to explain. "Initially, the referee board is determined that Ha was wrong. If there is sufficient evidence, Ha will be dismissed from the referee board," Lam adds.
 
Duc, who made the denouncement against Ha, gave vouchers and receipts with Ha’s signatures to the referee board. However, according to Lam, the documents are not enough to prove Ha’s mistakes.
