Control over blogs to be tightened

| VietNamNet Bridge – An official from the Ministry of Information and Communications said on Sunday that this agency is compiling a circular, which will set rules on management over blogs.
Tightening control over blogs is the policy of state-competent-agencies in the context that blogs are mushrooming in Vietnam.
The Ministry of Information and Communications are collecting opinions from experts and related agencies to complete the circular, which will define the responsibility of bloggers and blog service providers.
The circular is expected to come before the end of the year.
