Look At Vietnam - Mobile phone service provider Vinaphone will soon launch a new package allowing users to make phone calls to 23 countries across the world for an unlimited time at a fixed fee of only US$17 per month.

The company also unveiled a new package targeting low-income earners and students, and a promotional programme which cuts intra-region call charges by 43 per cent.

Vinaphone now boasts 16 million subscribers. There were 7.5 million new users in 2008 alone.
