Food technology research centre inaugurated in Hanoi

| LookAtVietnam – A research and training centre for cooking technology worth 1.5 million EUR built with Italy’s Official Development Assistance (ODA) was inaugurated at the Hanoi University of Technology on March 16.
The centre is equipped with state-of-the-art productions lines of milk, cheese, fruits and vegetables and will help students catch up with the latest automatic technologies in the food industry.
