The scientists include Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Pham Khoi Nguyen (photo), deputy chairman of the Government Office Tran Quoc Toan, former deputy minister of Science and Technology Bui Manh Hai, former director of the Military College of Medicine Pham Gia Khanh and former head of the science and environmental department under the Ministry of Defence Nguyen Ngoc Duong.

Minister Nguyen thanked the Russian government for granting this prestigious award and hoped that the two countries’ cooperation in theoretical and practical studies would even further develop in the future.
