The program was scheduled to last from 8am to 8pm, but customers arrived at 5am. By 8am, the sports house was very crowded and the organizers had to close the gates. Thousands elbowed others in the crowd, causing extreme chaos to buy a phone at 2.299 million dong ($115), enjoying 500,000 dong discount ($25). Nokia employees worked hard, but they couldn’t satisfy customers. Some people were very angry because they couldn’t buy a phone.
